Please be advised that Skyline Developers and its affiliates, as Landlord, may utilize exclusive brokers/agents in connection with the rental of real property. This website shall be used by prospective renters to view available apartments for rent. Prospective renters, their brokers and/or agents understand that neither the Landlord nor Landlord’s Agent will charge or collect fees from a prospective renter in connection with this property except for administrative and/or application fees as permitted by law, nor will Landlord or Landlord’s Agent assume responsibility for any brokerage fees incurred by a prospective renter in connection with use of this website. Any broker who is not the exclusive broker/agent for the Landlord is not the Landlord’s agent and will not be paid by Landlord. Use of this website does not constitute an agreement between any broker and Landlord. 

Please be further advised that tenants may incur fees and charges in connection with the rental of Landlord’s property pursuant to the terms of the lease agreement, including but not limited to fees that are included in the Rental Fee Guide.
